falling off
here is something i failed to mention in my post about sunday on the cross country course- I got a very pointed reminder of how critical it is to not make mistakes on a green horse- of all the jumps were were doing, i went to jump a very small log, got a little ahead of the game and asked too early for calvin to jump- he got really angry with me and started bucking after the jump, which sent me crashing to the ground (no somersaulting through the air though luckily!) anyway, i didn’t think much of it, just reminded myself to pay more attention. Yesterday was fine, today…i am having a hard time moving- every muscle and bone in my body is very angry with me- I am getting too old to fall off my horse!

Hope you are feeling better. Glad to hear you weren’t falling off the wagon. I was concerned after reading that headline!!
