This past week i have caught Riley cleaning twice.

 once i got out the vacuum cleaner to clean up the needles from my fake christmas tree and riley shyly approached looking at me with those big blue eyes as if asking…”can I touch?”  so of course i let him, and he then started to push the vacuum.  He would push it forward and I would pull it back.  It was a slow process but well worth the time! 

The next time, he absconded with a box of kleenex’s. True to form, he started pulling them out in wads (this is a regular occurrence in my house).  But instead of walking around waving them in the air and throwing them all over-  he proceeded to walk around, and every couple of feet  stoop over to wipe up the floor.  I am not kidding, it looked like he was cleaning up spills.  Time to get on the ball- even my 13 month old is starting to notice my lack of housekeeping skills.
